The Story Behind the Name: Boundless by Alaina

Everywhere I traveled, one unexpected element kept appearing across completely different cultures and destinations. When I finally noticed it, I realized it perfectly captured how travel should feel.

Coming up with a company name that feels authentic to your vision is not an easy task. As I set out on making Boundless by Alaina a reality, I knew that the name would be the front door to the experience I was hoping to create.

Looking back on my travels, one element kept appearing everywhere I went: mosaics. From temples in Thailand to parks in Spain and coffee shops in France, these intricate designs consistently drew me in. Each mosaic was uniquely present to its place and time, yet they all shared something profound—the ability to tell a story through individual tiles arranged without constraints.

As travelers, we collect our own tiles: memories, learnings, and perspectives that form our ever-growing world experience. Each journey adds new pieces to our personal mosaic, creating a story that's uniquely ours. There are no restrictions on how these experiences can be arranged or what they can become.

Just like mosaics, travel should have no boundaries. I chose "Boundless" because I want people to remove the self-imposed restrictions they may have about travel—whether that's about destinations, budgets, or what even counts as a meaningful trip.

Both mosaics and travel have boundless potential to create something beautiful, meaningful, and entirely your own.
